NLP Master Practitioner /
Life Coach
Born in Tokyo. After 25 years in Japan, I crossed the ocean to realise a long-held dream of living abroad.
I began with an extended stay in Bangkok, Thailand, before moving to Paris, France — where I continue to live today.
Over more than 20 years of life abroad, I have immersed myself in diverse cultures and ways of thinking.
From leadership roles in the IT industry to management positions in logistics, I have worked across a variety of fields and roles — gathering many lessons, struggles, and joys along the way.
As a mother of two boys, raising my children led me to reflect deeply on life's priorities and what truly matters to me.
"How do I want to live from here?"
That question is what led me to coaching.
Through organising my own thoughts, I began to gradually see my values and the direction I wanted my life to take. That experience inspired me to support others who are at their own turning point — and so I became a life coach.
Themes I support through coaching:
-
Clarifying your direction in life and how you want to live going forward
-
Finding a way of living that feels true to you, within work and family life
-
Thinking about life after raising children and what comes next
-
Untangling feelings around relationships at work or at home
-
Exploring your sense of self and future direction while living abroad
I work particularly with women in their 30s–50s who are navigating a turning point in life.
Through life coaching, we use conversation to organise your thoughts and find the connection between who you are now and who you want to become.
Many clients find that, as their thinking becomes clearer, their confidence and motivation return — and a sense of direction in life begins to emerge.
Please come as you are. There's no need to prepare — just relax and talk.
